Indian Customer care Sector has undergone a major process of transformation through significant policy reforms, beginning with the announcement of NTP 1994 and carried forward under NTP 1999. Driven by various policy initiatives, the Indian telecom sector witnessed a complete transformation in the last fifteen years. As of now, Department of Telecommunications is mainly performing the role of licensor and policy maker.I never get the chance to laugh on the entire conversation.
even though this is bad i have had hundreds of experiences just like this and this is one of the main reasons I have switched to apple, if i have a problem we can drive to apple store that is at the most 30-40 minutes from me and speak to a person who is an average guy not some bad indian habbit is being payed by someone else in that country who is being payed significantly less than you would here a day or whatever the Bad it is. I speak to a person who is actually intelligent and can get me results right then and there.
